All items at Fuzzy Petals Studio are carefully packaged and handmade to order.

Because each bouquet is uniquely crafted, no two arrangements will be identical. Minor variations in flower placement, wrapping, and decorative details are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Processing Times (Fulfillment)

Our standard processing time is 2 to 7 working days before dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and custom requests. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK Only)

We ship within the United Kingdom and internationally to the United States and Canada using reliable tracked courier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

United Kingdom Shipping:
  • Standard Shipping: £4.50 (Estimated transit time: 2 to 4 working days)
  • Express Shipping: £7.50 (Estimated transit time: 1 to 2 working days)
  • Free Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £60.00
International Shipping (US & Canada):
  • International Tracked: £24.00 (Estimated transit time: 5 to 12 working days)
  • Please note: International buyers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied upon arrival by their country's border control.

Customer Responsibilities & Delivery Issues

Correct Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
