All items at Fuzzy Petals Studio are carefully packaged and handmade to order.

Because each bouquet is uniquely crafted, no two arrangements will be identical. Minor variations in flower placement, wrapping, and decorative details are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Processing Times (Fulfillment)

Our standard processing time is 2 to 7 working days before dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and custom requests. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using reliable courier services (such as Evri). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping: £4.99 (Estimated transit time: 2 to 4 working days)

Express Shipping: £7.30 (Estimated transit time: 1 to 2 working days)

Free Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £60.00

Customer Responsibilities & Delivery Issues

Correct Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
